For those with memories of 2016’s Mini-Mille Miglia, we’re heading into the galleries on the western side of Lake Garda this morning before hitting the MM museum in Brescia this afternoon. Got caught up in the current Mille Miglia a few days ago so there’s a bit of a theme developing. Went round the Nuvolari museum in Mantua yesterday as well - all good fun.

We're starting to make plans to go back there next year and then drive further down into Italy than we did before.

It's a beautiful area and we have very fond memories of our last trip to Italy.

We need some pictures Roger.  🙂

Gargnano, morning coffee stop. Apologies, Lee, for the indescribably filthy Abarth - we’ve met some ‘interesting’ conditions on the way back up from Sorrento

Yes Roger, there's 'road stained' and then there's 'as dirty as the office microwave'

As I write this, I am looking at my Bburago Lancia Aurelia B24 on my desk; quite possibly one of the most beautiful cars ever designed.  Mind you, I'd want mine on cream steel wheels, with those lovely chrome soup bowl disks - it'll bring out the black much more nicely than those Borrani's...

That’s not going to be a cheap “want” to satisfy. 😉
